Police arrested a man at 50 Cent’s mansion yesterday, after a G-Unit employee allegedly assaulted a woman. Dwayne McKenzie, 27, stands accused of choking a woman with a belt during an altercation on the rapper’s property. McKenzie has been charged with assault, strangulation, breach of peace and unlawful restraint.

In a new interview series, Xzibit talks about his life, his future and his past. “When I was a kid, I started writing raps cause my parents wouldn’t let me listen to it. The closest thing I could do to listening to it without getting in trouble, was to write my own. That’s how I started, for real,” X to tha Z said.

Corporate giant Sears have enlisted the help of LL Cool J, who will launch and market a new line of clothing designed by the Hip-Hop star. “I have always had a hand in fashion in some capacity, but I have never embraced a brand the way I will embrace this,” LL Cool J said. The new gear is expected to hit stores in September.

Xzibit recently became a father again but his elation has turned to sorrow, his new born son Xavier Kingston Joiner passing away yesterday morning. X released the following statement on his blog: “His lungs were not strong enough to handle regular oxygen on his own… I must tell you this, it is unnatural for a parent to bury a child.”
