Cash Money Records’ CEO Bryan “Birdman” Williams yesterday pleaded not guilty to marijuana possession charges during a preliminary hearing in Kingsport, Tennessee. Baby was charged last November, after the CEO’s vehicle made an improper lane change and was subsequently stopped and searched by police.

Kidz In The Hall rapper Naledge was arrested over the weekend in Tempe, Arizona following an incident at a nightclub where the rapper was scheduled to perform. Although details surrounding the incident are still unclear, police officials say Naledge was arrested shortly after a fight broke out at the Cherry Lounge & Pit.
Less than a week after being slapped with a lawsuit by New York-based book publisher Simon and Schuster, a lawyer for Foxy Brown has fired back on behalf of her client. The lawsuit stems from a deal that went sour regarding Brown’s autobiography. “Simon and Shuster… were the ones [that] halted the project,” Fox’s lawyer said.
